At the B&B Le Due Volpi, Aldo e Cinzia will offer you wine and food specialities of the area, among which special sheep cheeses from the area around Sant’Agata, prosciutto and finocchiona (a special salami with fennel seeds) from around Gattaia, fava beans from their vegetable garden, and a glass of red wine from the neighbour’s vineyeard
